A Good Workout In A Short Amount of Time?
One thing that we all know is true – there just aren’t enough hours in a day! So, the idea of getting a good workout in a short amount of time is very appealing. Is it really possible though? I don’t know, but it looks like when you buy the Tower 200, you also get an 11-minute “No excuses” workout.
I’m sure you could work out more than 11 minutes if you want to, but from what I’ve read, the 11-minute workout is actually really good. So at least you know you can get a good workout quickly, then move on with your day.

For those who go to the gym, seriously guys this machine will replace your gym. You can raise the resistance level to 100lbs. per arm and the way the workout is done is dynamic so you WILL see amazing (not subtle) results. The workout itself has cardio in it and the exercises are challenging.
